The Opportunity The Sales Administrator fulfils the critical role of supporting the Client Business Executive (CBE) and the account teams, who drive customer engagement, satisfaction and new opportunity creation. The role is focused on oversee and coordinate the creation and distribution of both the client facing and internal facing governance packs. An understanding of the energy sector and market trends is an advantage for this position. Effective communication and organization skills are a must for producing all the collateral required to support the running on the client accounts. The ability to multitask, working on multiple items at any one time is essential. In essence, the Account PMO Manager is a core role, supporting the CBE and is instrumental in managing client within the dynamic landscape of the evolving energy industry. The Specifics Leading the end-to-end process, of the creation, drafting, review and distribution of account governance packs. The external governance packs will support Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with the client. The internal governance packs will support Deal Reviews and Executive Leadership updates. Coordinating with various teams, including sales, customer support, project and programmes, finance, brand, marketing and finance to ensure all aspects of an account position are addressed. Scheduling of both internal and external meetings Distribution of the final pack to all attendees and key stakeholders Supporting the Client Business Executive (CBE) in the account governance required to manage each client. Capturing, logging, updating and communication of key actions from governance meetings. You will intimately need to understand the strategic and operations details of your customers and the industry and bring to bear Gentrack resources to help the customer meet associated business objectives. You will work closely with a Gentrack Client Service Manager who will lead the technical delivery of your solutions to your customers. Indirect leadership of bid teams and sales teams such as Gentrack’s professional services teams, solution architects, pre-sales and executive roles to an account plan. Participate and contribute to internal improvement programs at Gentrack. What we're looking for (you don’t need to be a guru at all, we’re looking forward to coaching and collaborating with you): Passionate about accelerating the future of energy in UK Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. (Desirable) 5 years of experience as a bid manager, proposal manager or a similar role (Desirable) Demonstrable knowledge and experience in the industry, ideally gained from working with a utilities provider, consultancy, or government body. Commercial acumen and understanding of key drivers behind a B2B s oftware business. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to understand and communicate technical and business concepts.
