About the Role
As a Business Change Support Co-ordinator, you will work in the Business Improvement team within the Force’s Change Delivery unit. You will support the team by completing a range of administrative and project support tasks to help us deliver critical changes across the Force.
You will be exposed to, and work closely with, our Strategic Change Programme teams, key enabling teams such as People Services, Finance and Resource Management, and Local Policing or Investigations teams, offering a great opportunity for insight into how our organisation works at its’ centre.
What are we looking for in our next Business Change Support Co-ordinator?
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organised and a good communicator with the ability to work with a wide range of people, building and maintaining relationships across HIOWC and partner organisations. You will also need to be innovative, enthusiastic and be able to bring positive solutions to the team
Alongside the essential qualifications and experience detailed in the role profile, which can be found, we would like you to be able to demonstrate that you have:
1. A strong customer service ethos and a “can do” attitude;
2. Great attention to detail and comfortable working with systems and large data sets; and
3. Previous experience of delivering work in collaboration with others within a fast-paced environment.
Full training on our systems will be provided during your induction, so if you are interested in the role but feel that you may not meet all the essential criteria, we would still love to hear from you.
