Job summary The trauma and Orthopaedic team on Ward 52 are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and dedicated individual as we continue to develop the service we provide to our patients. The ideal candidate will not only have an interest in improving patient care within Trauma and Orthopaedics, but also actively contribute to the development of education and training for the wider workforce. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Multi-Disciplinary Team to embed high standard patient care, and best practice guidelines. Working with the nursing team, the candidate with develop innovative ideas around improving patient journey and experience. You will be supported to develop your clinical practice and leadership skills with a bespoke induction and training package. Please be advised that there are two part-time positions available.
