The Vascular Laboratory at King's College Hospital has a rare opportunity to recruit a band 8a Senior Clinical Vascular Scientist. Applications are invited from those with accreditation with the Society for Vascular Technology or HCPC registration as a Clinical Scientist in vascular science. This role will have a leading focus on teaching and training, helping to shape our training strategy for the future!
The post will be based at Denmark Hill but will require candidates to contribute to clinics at other locations. The post-holder will scan and report independently on the full range of vascular ultrasound investigations while leading on training, ensuring rotations are in place for STP trainees and monitoring trainee progress. Accredited or HCPC registered clinical vascular scientists who don’t quite have the experience for the senior role may be eligible for a post at band 7 and are also encouraged to apply.
