We are seeking a meticulous Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide vital support in maintaining efficient office operations through various administrative tasks. You should have an interest and some experience in marketing but a love for organisation because the majority of this role will be organising and managing tasks, within a marketing environment. Administrative Assistant Duties Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records Utilise computerised systems for office tasks Answer phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette Assist with organisational tasks to streamline office processes Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents Proficient in using Google Suite and Xero for office management Inbox management, including booking meetings and responding to enquiries in a professional and impressive manner Social Media Management - create and publish professional, inspiring content Supporting campaigns, email marketing and general marketing for the business Management of event bookings and travel arrangements Arrange direct mail campaigns, client gifting and company merchandise Requirements Proven experience in an administrative role is essential Excellent typing skills to produce accurate and timely documentation Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently Familiarity with Google Suite and Xero is required Proficient in office procedures and protocols This role is likely to grow and expand with the needs of the business.
