Managing behaviour to create a productive learning enviroment. Provide and offer guidance to students that need extra support with the task. Adaptable to different classes and subjects. Ensure safety and well-being of students and, report any concerns to leadership. Requirements of a Cover Supervisor: Strong classroom management skills and the ability to follow school policies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff and students. Good organisational skills and the ability to follow lesson plans effectively. A proactive and, flexible approach to daily tasks. Good standard of education GSCE C or above in English/Maths, ideally educated at a degree level. Experience within SEN.
