We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Co-Ordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to contribute their expertise and make a meaningful impact.
You will be responsible for assisting with the planning of the Company’s marketing campaigns both internally and externally and play a key part in maintaining the continuity of our operations and communicating the company’s marketing message.
Duties will include:
1. Create forms of content such as graphics, video & interactive multi-media.
2. Creating marketing material and promotional campaigns for all areas of the business.
3. Create SEO/web optimised content for the two BHC websites.
4. Manage BHC’s social media strategy and channels to promote BHC.
5. Reviewing web-based software for potential contracts that meet specified criteria.
6. Preparing, planning, and implementing the publication of all publicity material to maximise brand promotion.
7. Build and maintain working relationships with other departments and source data for submissions and internal and external marketing purposes.
8. Prepare and maintain marketing material, including presentations, organisational charts, CVs, and Case studies.
9. Contacting potential clients to request our addition to their tender list for projects that are of interest.
10. Support trade shows and events (including our annual apprentice open day).
11. Any other tasks required to support the Business Development Managers and Other Departments.
12. Assist/collate PQQ and tender submissions.
13. Monitor and report on marketing performance using analytics.
14. Co-ordinate with external suppliers for branding, advertising, and promotional materials.
15. Assist with internal communications, including company newsletters and employee updates.
Candidates must have the ability to achieve objectives, whilst building strong working relationships. The ability to work under pressure and have confidence in their decision-making is essential. Applicants should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, possess good inter-personal skills, and have strong multi-tasking ability. The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator at all levels, with a pro-active and pragmatic approach to work.
A Degree in Marketing, communications or Business-related discipline is essential and 1 year’s experience in a similar role would be advantageous. Attention-to-detail is essential as is the ability to work independently. Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills are essential, and experience within a construction environment would be advantageous.
