TVF Media is a dynamic and progressive company based in central London, operating in many media areas including television programming, interactive digital media communications, and the arts.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Reception Lead and Office Coordinator to play an essential part in supporting the activities of our busy office. Your role will be divided between managing traditional reception responsibilities and executing various office and building issues and projects. For this role you will be:
* Efficiently providing an excellent front of house service and acting as the primary point of contact for the building and dealing with any queries or issues as they arise in a timely and resourceful manner
* Pro-actively maintaining and following fire, health & safety security procedures (alarms, sign-in systems)
* Maintaining systems with regard to holiday and sickness
* Running an Office Tracker to meet the needs of an 85 desk building
* Researching and project managing building related solutions
* Excellent in Excel, web research and bringing together presentation documents for use at Board level
* Showing confidence and ability in sourcing new vendors or contractors, managing relationships with existing ones and being cost effective
* Building relationships with a range of internal departments (finance, talent (HR), systems, sales executive teams)
* Assisting clients with paperwork and tax forms
* Developing corporate culture and arranging events like team socials and seasonal celebrations
* Actioning a hands-on mentality, with a belief that no task is too big or too small

All candidates should have an interest in office management as a career, an excellent educational background, strong communication skills, and a well-developed phone manner. You will need to have the charisma, flair and proactivity to make things happen, and make a positive impact with clients and internal colleagues. Computer literacy, attention to detail and a friendly, confident attitude are also essential. Previous experience in a front of house/office coordinator role is essential.
We are looking for a candidate who is available for 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. The role is fully on site at our office in Angel.
The salary is £24k-26k per annum.
