Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their reputable Clinical Negligence team in Newcastle. The Role You will be specialising in NHS Resolution and private insured clinical negligence claims, providing advice on medical insurance coverages, health law and regulatory matters. This includes advising NHS trusts and independent insurers of private hospitals and clinics on El/PL and clinical negligence claims. Key Responsibilities Managing a full caseload of clinical negligence files Providing an exceptional service to NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, and medical malpractice insurers for private hospitals, clinics, and practitioners Representing clients at inquests and judicial reviews About You Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with between 0 - 4 PQE within clinical negligence or defendant EL/PL Previous claims and inquest experience including handling complex clinical negligence claims Strong knowledge of insurance and coverage issues Strong understanding of NHS Resolution processes and protocols What's in it for you?
