Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development of urban design and masterplanning projects, focusing on the conceptual phase.
2. Work with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to support high-quality design solutions.
3. Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and design reviews.
4. Help prepare and present design proposals, reports, and visualisations.
5. Ensure projects comply with relevant regulations and standards.
6. Support the management of project timelines.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. A master's degree in Urban Design, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
2. Some experience in urban design and masterplanning, with a portfolio of academic or professional projects.
3. Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, InfraWorks, Rhino, and AI.
4. Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Basic knowledge of planning policies, regulations, and best practices.
6. Creative and strategic thinking to assist in solving design challenges.
7. Desirable: Arabic speaking, client-facing experience, GIS proficiency, and hand sketching skills.
8. Enthusiasm for innovative design.
