Job summary The Panton Practice are looking to recruit a dynamic forward-thinking Urgent Care Paramedic / Nurse Practitioner to join their expanding multi-disciplinary team. We are looking for a person with experience in dealing with acute minor illnesses. We operate on a system of a e-Consultations, telephone triaging and same day face to face appointments. Main duties of the job The candidate would need to be able to provide evidence of autonomous practice and be comfortable in patient assessment, use of diagnostic equipment such as ECG to facilitate this and initiating treatment plans although full support will be accessible through the duty team on the day. This role benefits from good communication skills, IT knowledge and the ability to multi-task, as well as be confident to work on their own, but also as part of a supportive and flexible team. Experience of SystmOne and working in the NHS would be an advantage but is not essential. The role is full or part time.
