Join Queen Elizabeth’s Foundation for Disabled People (QEF) as a Senior Events, Community & Partnerships Executive and become part of a passionate team dedicated to transforming lives. With over 85 years of innovative service, QEF supports almost 10,000 disabled people every year to achieve greater independence and unlock their potential.
We’re seeking a proactive and dynamic Senior Events, Community & Partnerships Executive to oversee and expand our exciting portfolio of events and community initiatives while playing a crucial role in driving engagement and income generation.
This is a Maternity Cover role with Hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Impactful Work: You’ll lead on delivering memorable fundraising events, from skydiving challenges to gala dinners, while fostering relationships with community groups and businesses to grow QEF’s reach and voluntary income.
Innovation & Growth: Help us build on our legacy by identifying and testing new fundraising activities, and creating innovative ways to engage supporters and secure sponsorships.
Collaboration & Support: Work closely with our skilled Engagement & Partnerships team and manage a dedicated Executive who will support you in achieving great things.
Your Key Responsibilities
Lead Events: Manage a portfolio of fundraising events, from challenges to gala dinners, driving attendance and sponsorship.
Community Engagement: Build relationships with groups, businesses, and volunteers to grow income.
Legacy Fundraising: Innovate and deliver new approaches to fundraising for gifts in wills.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor an Events & Partnerships Executive.
Collaborate & Innovate: Work with teams across QEF to create impactful campaigns and activities.
