Oversee correspondence and communications across departments. Manage office operations to ensure the seamless execution of daily activities.Document Control (Archdesk) Assume responsibility for the company’s document management system, Archdesk. Ensure all project documentation is accurately recorded, updated, and organised in accordance with company policies. Perform regular audits to maintain the integrity and compliance of all documents.PA to Managing Director Manage the Managing Director’s calendar and arrange appointments. Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Managing Director. Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action points as needed. Act as the primary point of contact for the Managing Director, ensuring clear and effective communication. Administrative Assistant & Document Controller/PA to Managing Director Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Proven administrative experience, ideally in construction or a related industry. Familiarity with document management systems; Archdesk experience is a plus. Strong organisational, multitasking, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with OneDrive and Teams is desirable. Discreet and reliable in handling confidential information. Self-motivated and capable of working independently or collaboratively.
