Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading and developing a dedicated team, ensuring excellent service standards.
* Overseeing day-to-day operations including managing stock, ordering, and budgeting.
* Ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably.
* Delivering an outstanding food and drinks offering.
* Building a loyal local customer base and attracting new guests.
* Creating and maintaining a positive, high-energy work environment.
* Implementing health & safety standards and company policies.
What Were Looking For:
* Previous experience in a managerial role, ideally in a hospitality setting.
* A natural leader with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.
* A passion for excellent food, drink, and customer service.
* Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&Ls.
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
* A proactive, hands-on approach with a lead from the front attitude.
