The Role:
* Handling incoming inquiries from customers via phone, email & live chat website orders
* Processing sales orders
* Providing quotations & following up to secure orders
* Maintaining communication with the customer, advising of order progress
* Handling sample requests
* Ensuring accurate customer records on the company database
Skills / Experience Required:
* Previous solid experience in a similar administrative role
* Excellent sales & customer support skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Proficient user of MS Office packages including Word & Excel
The Package:
* Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 5pm & 12.45pm finish on Fridays
* £25,000 - £27,000
