Role Summary: This is a maternity cover position for a Marketing Acquisition Manager, responsible for driving new patient and clinician acquisition for practices, with a strong focus on digital marketing channels - particularly SEO, PPC, and Paid Social. Key Responsibilities: Manage third-party agencies for SEO, PPC, and Paid Social. Drive website traffic and conversions (calls, form fills, bookings) via digital channels. Develop and monitor ROI models for each channel. Align strategies with local practice availability and business goals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, operations, recruitment, and transformation teams. Success Metrics: Number of new patients and clinicians acquired. Conversion rates from SEO, PPC, and Paid Social. ROI from marketing spend. Key Skills & Experience Required: 5 years in digital marketing or eCommerce. Experience managing SEO, PPC, Paid Social, and affiliates. Strong commercial mindset and analytical skills. Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management. Ideally, experience in service-based industries (e.g. medical, hospitality, travel). Location & Travel: National home-based role. Some travel required.
