You will help to supervise the team to deliver outstanding service levels in treatment, retail and membership sales. We are looking for a hands-on experienced candidate, who has a strong customer service background in spa and/or hospitality. Experience working in a luxury environment is an advantage. The role is a full time, permanent position, working 40 hours per week across 7 days, to include weekends and involves Early and Late shift cover with the earliest start time of 6am and the latest finish time of 10.30pm. Responsibilities: Working with the spa management team, the role involves supervision and development of the Spa Reception and Spa Attendant Teams, ensuring that all operational procedures, codes of conduct and standards of appearance are adhered to by all. Ensure that bookings are made to maximise the business and aim to give all clientele the best possible service. Responsible alongside the teams for welcoming guests, answering spa enquiries, cash handling and observing set standards. Motivate and inspire the teams in their daily responsibility of membership, treatment and retail sales promoting a culture of adding value. Liaise with all team members of the Spa & Hotel departments, using strong communication, organizational and team working skills and work to impeccable 5 star standards.
