About this role The Publisher Services Customer Success Manager role sits within Ozone’s Publisher Services team and reports to the Head of Customer Success & Product GTM. As a facet of Customer Success, the role's focus is two-fold: Supporting Publisher & Ad Partner Account Management teams through publisher-specific consulting, ‘proof of value’ insights and case study materials; and Supporting Product GTM through delivery of platform-level Research & Insights (inc. whitepapers and event content). The role is critical in supporting our ambition to deepen customer relationships, drive product adoption and drive Ozone’s position as a thought-leader. Responsibilities Strategic Deliver research projects that establish Ozone as a thought leader. These projects will be showcased through comms including white papers, industry events and dinner debates for the Ozone community. Take responsibility for Ozone’s experimentation framework as a strategic service, partnering with the Account Management teams to develop and execute customer-specific experiment roadmaps. Analyse market trends and competitive insights to inform strategic decision-making and commercial narrative across publisher and ad partner accounts. Develop data driven case studies that support Publisher Services in driving new business and upsell. Identify business-level opportunities and risks in support for PS strategy and planning cycles. Responsible for championing the application of AI & automation within the PS function as a means to ‘work smarter’. Operational Translate reporting into actionable commercial insights, contextualising performance in support of customer-facing discussions. Serve as the commercial product owner for all customer-facing reports and analytics, ensuring seamless data delivery through reporting and dashboards in collaboration with Revenue Operations and Publisher Services. Support the coordination and prioritisation of ‘interventions and optimisations’ backlog which drive revenue, or mitigate risk, based on business impact. Take responsibility for modelling new PS business cases in support of prioritisation and go-to-market strategy. Support the business development team in identifying growth opportunities, building new ‘proof of value’ arguments which drive conversion rate. Personal objectives and contribution to team targets to the best of your ability. Required experience/ skills You will have considerable experience of helping publisher or ad partner commercial teams deliver on their business goals. You’ll be ‘data-driven’ in your approach, with end-user experience of data systems, data analysis and dashboarding. Exceptional verbal communication skills at all levels of the organisation and clear, confident business-writing. Confident communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, showcasing the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent understanding of the digital ecosystem and a strong operational understanding of key ad technologies including prebid, RTB, SSP / exchanges and DSPs including auction-logic. Proficient in tools for data analytics and reporting (e.g. Tableau, Looker, SQL, Salesforce) with expertise in interpreting data for development of commercial narrative.
