Lettings Consultant A fantastic new Lettings brand is here And they're looking for a Lettings Consultant to join their team. They're owned and backed by a leading voice, and company, in the property investment space and already have plans to almost double their portfolio this year. Now is the time to join As a Lettings Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the lettings and management of high-quality residential properties across Manchester and beyond. Key responsibilities: Arrange and conduct property viewings, both in-person at developments and virtually when required Serve as the first point of contact for applicant queries, handling tenant communications via phone, email, and in person Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective tenants, ensuring exceptional customer service Assist with lettings administration, including processing tenancy agreements, managing applications, and maintaining records of tenant interactions What we're looking for: Some experience in lettings or sales is preferred but not essential A strong track record of achieving targets Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in taking initiative; a great team player Excellent verbal and written communication skills A friendly and approachable personality with a passion for customer service Knowledge of the Manchester property market is an advantage Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (as Manchester site visits will be required, mileage expenses covered) Why join?
