About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be working closely with teachers to support students in the classroom, helping them stay engaged and achieve their learning goals. You will be assisting with lesson preparation, providing one-on-one or small group support, and helping to manage classroom behaviour. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants to make a positive impact. Key Responsibilities: Student Support: Assist students in both one-on-one and small group settings, helping them stay focused and engaged in their learning. Classroom Assistance: Support the class teacher with lesson preparation, classroom management, and delivery of educational activities. Behaviour Management: Help maintain a positive and structured classroom environment, encouraging positive behaviour and participation. Progress Tracking: Work with the teacher to monitor student progress and provide feedback on their development. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Previous experience in a school or educational setting is desirable but not essential. Commitment: Someone who is reliable, proactive, and passionate about supporting children in their education. Flexibility: Able to adapt to different classroom environments and needs.
