What we’re looking for from you to join our team:
As a Stock Condition Surveyor you will assist the Asset Strategy Manager to lead, manage and oversee the day-to-day delivery of Plus Dane’s stock condition programme ensuring 100% of the stock is surveyed within the 5-year programme cycle.
You will support the Assets Team, develop future work programmes, including 5-year plan and the 30- year business plan.
You will report all Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) hazards in line with Government legislation.
As a Stock Condition Surveyor you will provide technical building knowledge including building regulations and statutory frameworks in which registered providers operate to the wider business. You will have experience of carrying out stock condition property surveys and communal surveys, and working in a building/property related role, ideally in the housing sector.
You will be organised and have a customer focused approach, with good working IT knowledge including Microsoft packages and Keystone Asset Management system.
You will prioritise effective communication with customers and leaseholders to drive excellence in operational delivery across the programme.
As a Stock Condition Surveyor you will maintain standards and produce accurate progress, monitoring reports and performance data to ensure that the interests of Plus Dane and residents are protected. To be accountable for the performance of investment delivery, and the achievement of targets, goals and objectives.
