We are recruiting for this position in our Cheltenham Head Office.
About the Role:
You will assist the Business Development team in processing new business requests, including but not limited to:
* Assisting in the completion of quotes in a professional manner to ensure matter conversion.
* Often being the first point of contact for the firm for prospective clients.
* Liaising and updating Agents under the supervision of the Partners.
* Participate in Business development activities as requested, including but not limited to, visiting agents, attending networking events, organising agent events.
About You:
We are looking for a bright, professional, team-oriented Business Development Executive to join our friendly and supportive Business Development team.
* Previous experience in a sales or business development role preferred.
* You must be self-motivated and have the ability to efficiently organise both yourself and others.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
* Comfortable with making and receiving a high volume of calls.
* A positive "can do" attitude is key to our culture and business model.
* Proficiency in Microsoft packages is essential.
