Job Purpose
As the Senior BI and Data Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in support with the creation of the annual recurring revenue (ARR) and net recurring revenue (NRR) solution.
Your technical/systems skills, inquisitive mindset, and analytical acumen will contribute to the precision and efficacy of financial decision-making within the organisation.
You will report into and work closely with the Director of Group Data and Analytics to deliver analysis, insights, and recommendations that lead to improved performance and profitable growth.
Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
1. Day-to-day management of annual recurring revenue (ARR) and net recurring revenue (NRR).
2. Monitor, track and report progress of the project(s) that you manage - delivering to the governance framework and processes set by the business transformation office.
3. Continually evaluate progress against the project's financial measure of success and OKRs.
4. Develop an effective working relationship with the RWS teams - including sponsors and stakeholders, business owners, technology owners and the finance team.
5. Ensure the project(s) that you manage are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
6. Manage risks and issues related to the project(s), escalating to the Programme Lead when RAID items arise that need wider input to resolve.
7. Provide regular reports and updates on the project's performance, on time and to a high standard.
8. Work with business owners, business analysts, enterprise architects, solution architects, SMEs, and stakeholders to create high-quality deliverables.
9. Work with and support the Programme Lead across the programme, to ensure that projects within the programme are delivering in line with the plan. This includes, though is not limited to the creation of steering group materials, deliverables, financial reports, project updates, and business cases for the wider programme as required.
Skills & Experience
1. Experience of annual recurring revenue (ARR) and net recurring revenue (NRR).
2. Extensive experience working with SQL.
3. Excellent understanding of how to navigate complete technology architecture.
4. Ability to create detailed plans to design and rollout people, process, technology, and finance-based initiatives.
5. Deep understanding of working in agile and waterfall environments.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent knowledge and handling of project management methodologies and techniques.
8. Self-organised and shows attention to detail as well as being able to manage the strategic elements of the programme.
9. Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills and the ability to create and articulate a business case.
10. Ability to influence at all levels.
11. Advanced MS PowerPoint, Word & Excel skills are essential, as well as the ability to use these skills to convey a compelling storyline in documents.
12. Ability to work in a structured way, whilst knowing when a pragmatic approach is required.
