About the Team The Contact Centre Operations team partners with Sales and Customer Management in the UK and US. We use cutting-edge technology to engage with prospective and existing customers effectively. Key Responsibilities Platform Management : Ensure data routing, administer Aspect Via (outbound work type s, inbound call routing, scripts, schemas, schedules), manage integrations with Salesforce and Office 365. Expert in platforms like Salesforce and Aspect Via. Outreach Administration : Create contact sequences, email templates, and snippets. Stakeholder Support : Represent platforms in meetings, train colleagues, explain processes clearly and manage stakeholders. Data Passion : Extract and manipulate data using SQL and Excel, present data with PowerPoint or Power BI, leverage the latest technology, build vendor relationships, and explore AI in contact cent re s. What You Bring Experience : Minimum three years managing contact cent re platforms. Skills : Analytical mindset, data manipulation, stakeholder management, adaptability, continuous learning. Bonus : Experience with dialler technology (Aspect Via) and sales enablement tools (Outreach.io, InsideSales.com).
