We are looking to offer a Finance Graduate the opportunity to join our expanding team based in Stevenage.
Through placements in both our central and divisional finance teams, you’ll develop your knowledge and skills in a supportive environment, applying what you have learned at university while gaining real insights into how our business operates.
As part of your 3-year programme, you will get the opportunity to complete your professional qualifications, and we will support you every step of the way!
Once we receive your application you will be asked to complete a video interview. This will be followed by an assessment centre day at our head office in Stevenage and if successful a start date of the first week of September.

As the Finance Graduate, you’ll get the opportunity to:
* Manage central costs and recharges
* Review balance sheet reconciliations
* Prepare cash forecasts and post journals
* Longer term you will assist with budgeting and forecasting while feeding into our ad-hoc and annual audits
What you’ll bring?
We are looking for a recent graduate with a 2:1 degree in any discipline.
During the recruitment process we will want to see that you are willing to learn, self-motivated, punctual, organised, committed, and hard-working. Many of the technical skills you will need to succeed in this role will be developed as part of your training.
