Contract Manager Required This position will see you working with a very large and reputable client within the Facilities Management Sector. My client are one of the leading names in the sector and can offer stability, security and progression in which you can take various avenues to adapt your career to how you best see fit. The Contract manager Role: To assist the Account Director's with the running of daily acitivties on the contract To Liaise with the client ensuring that they are satisifed at all times with any requirements they have including being able to overcome objections and problem solve. To be able to manage the budgets for all aspects of the budget To oversea the onboarding of new staff and manage the recruitment of new staff To plan and organise daily activities for the PM's to liaise down the chain to site teams to ensure steady progresison of projects. To be part of business strategy meetings and be able to bring new propsective idea's to better adapt process's.
