An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our Client Service team in Corby on a full-time permanent basis.
Salary: £24,024 per annum, (£12.25 per hour).
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm.
As a Client Service Administrator, you will work within the administrative team to assist in managing client volumes and stock holding value, ensuring swift despatch of returned items while maintaining maximum customer satisfaction.
Key Duties of a Client Service Administrator include:
* Assisting key contacts with queries on Stock, Customer queries, Replenishment, and general orders.
* Managing communications with suppliers and disseminating relevant information to the wider team.
* Addressing supplier compliance queries and validating on-site completion rates to ensure adherence to company standards.
* Engaging with key client contacts daily to facilitate open communication and swift query resolution.
* Tracking and managing consumable supplies necessary for daily operations, ensuring stock levels are maintained and replenished as needed to prevent disruptions.
* Providing administrative assistance to the operations team to enhance day-to-day efficiency.
* Overseeing the processing and tracking of Made-to-Order (MTO) and special orders to ensure timely fulfilment.
* Coordinating the distribution of spare parts to support maintenance and repair services.
* Maintaining regular communication with other Distribution Centres and Hubs.
Minimum Requirements:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* IT literate with knowledge surrounding MS Office with exceptional attention to detail.
* Effectively prioritising workload in order to meet set deadlines.
* Customer Service driven, in order to maintain a high level of customer focus.
* Confident communicator to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
* Previous administrative experience is highly desired.
* Proven experience within a logistics/warehousing environment would be preferred.
