We are recruiting for a Reception Team Leader to oversee the Guest Services team in a Bristol office. The role involves providing management and direction to a small team of Guest Services Hosts, ensuring excellent customer service delivery. The Guest Services Team Leader is a visible and key figure, working closely with the firm's staff and clients, and other service partners.
• The role requires an open-minded and adaptable individual with experience of working at Team Leader level, preferably in a Corporate Reception environment.
• The successful candidate will be highly visible and able to build relationships with people at all levels, representing the client as a proud ambassador.
• The position involves working 40 hours a week, with shifts from 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday.
• The salary is £29,201.
