Located in Grove Park, Leicester, our Distribution Centre is home to our warehousing and logistics functions as well as our Customer Care team.
The site has easy access to public transport, cycle links and plenty of onsite parking.
We have plenty of facilities including a kitchen, changing rooms, lockers, and training rooms.
While the majority of our time is spent with the team on site, there is the opportunity for some remote working, and we do have some specific remote-based roles.
We operate a light shift pattern (not including nights), and weekends are covered on a rota.

The Recruitment Process
Depending on the role, the recruitment process may vary, but in general you can expect to go through the following stages:
1. Your application will go through a first screening. Where possible we use a 'blind' screening process (i.e. the applicant details are anonymised to ensure fair and equal consideration of all candidates).
2. Shortlisted candidates will have an initial telephone interview.
3. Successful candidates from the previous stages will attend a face-to-face interview in our Call Centre. At this stage, you will undergo some tests. The successful candidate will be offered after this stage.
