The Client
Our client is a Chartered Surveyors based in Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Merseyside and Lancashire. They specialise in home surveys and valuations designed to uncover defects and give the value of their clients' property fast.
The Role of a Residential Surveyor
Our client is recruiting for a residential surveyor in the Leeds area (can live anywhere in West Yorkshire). They're opening a new office and want to partner with someone to help drive the business forward.
You'll benefit from a proven operating process, marketing strategy, online advertising, bespoke report writing software and ongoing support from the company founder to make it a success.
Initially your work will involve Level 2 and 3 Home Surveys plus valuations for Help to Buy, house purchases and shared ownership. You will use their bespoke report writing software and the latest tech to provide the best reports. You'll typically do 6-7 inspections a week.
You'll build a team of surveyors to lead and work with to deliver great surveys and reports to your clients.
You can work from an office, from home or a bit of both, you decide.
The ideal team member will be MRICS, FRICS or AssocRICS. You can be at the start of your career needing help and guidance or a seasoned pro who can get on with the job.
