What skills and experience we're looking for
Previous experience of a similar role would be an advantage, however, not essential, as on the job training will be provided.
Applicants will have:
An understanding of general cleaning processes
A good understanding of Health and Safety
Knowledge of cleaning regulations e.g. COSHH
Ability to establish rapport and to maintain respectful and trusting relationships
Ability to work effectively with other adults in the school
Good organisational and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow instructions
Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines
