Main duties of the job Training Delivery: Facilitate IT/clinical system application training for staff at all levels, using a blend of face-to-face sessions and modern multimedia formats, including remote training via Microsoft Teams. Content Development: Design and create engaging eLearning packages, training courses, and supporting materials such as videos and guides. System Support: Provide support on clinical and non-clinical IT systems through email, phone, and Help Desk inquiries. System Updates: Support system testing and maintain/update test scripts as systems evolve. Knowledge Management: Maintain team intranet pages and update training content regularly. On-Site Support: Assist with system upgrades by providing hands-on training and support.
