About the team
The DDG UXR team is comprised of more than two dozen highly capable and collaborative ethnographers, psychologists, and research scientists. With the support of a dedicated research operations team, we execute and synthesize human research that provides the business with a deep understanding of the motivations, behaviors, needs, and capabilities of current and potential customers. We reveal insights that clarify opportunities and inspire innovation, and translate these insights into operational outcomes.
