Annual Salary: £28,603 - £30,564p.a (Term Time Only) We are seeking a Finance Officer to provide comprehensive Finance and administrative support to our Executive Team. This role requires a high level of confidentiality and efficiency in handling multiple administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the executive office. Day-to-day of the role: Dealing with all invoice queries, purchase Order number and reconciliations for the school Manage routine correspondence and handling incoming/outgoing mail. Dealing with suppliers and debt allocation Helping out the Trust and Executive Team members, arranging both internal and external meetings. Dealing with the costing of trust events such as joint Dealing with expenses for travel and hotel arrangements Liaise with parents, external agencies, regarding costs for the Governing Body, and other local schools on behalf of the Trust. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date filing system (both paper and electronic) for the Trust’s work. Maintain a policy checklist and alert the CEO when policies need reviewing. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a Finance administrative Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with electronic filing systems. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
