They now have a position available for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team in Sutton Coldfield. What we need from you as an Office Administrator: You will need a minimum of 2 years experience in a PA or administrative-type role Have an excellent standard of English grammar, attention to detail, and your ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload efficiently/organised Excellent communication and telephone skills Can work independently and as part of a team You will need advanced knowledge of MS Office, Excel in particular You will be polite, friendly Desirable: Previous experience or an interest in the property industry What the role involves: Act as the first point of contact for clients and handle inbound calls and emails Schedule and coordinate appointments for the team of surveyors Manage office documentation Ensure client records are maintained accurately and confidentially Using FreeAgent to assist in billing and invoicing, coordinating with accounts as needed Provide general office support to enhance day-to-day operations Salary: £24,000 per year. Working Monday Friday: 9am-5.30pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
