Working as the marketing lead across two brands (Leaders in Care and Fintelligent) you will be joining a company that understands the impact marketing can have on our growth. We’ve already invested in 2 new websites and have an impressive tech stack to support your journey. In addition, you will be supported by a marketing agency to help you hit the ground running. You may be the first marketing hire, but you will have the support and resources to build an industry-leading marketing function and grow your own team at a pace that your success will dictate. You must have at least 3-4 years of experience and be a commercially minded marketer. You don’t need recruitment marketing experience, you don’t even need a degree, but you do need a proven track record of building and measuring successful marketing campaigns. This is the perfect role if you’re an ambitious and results-focused marketer. We aren’t expecting you to do every marketing role under the sun. We want you to focus on what you do best. Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience Location: Manchester (1 day WFH, 4 days in office) Reporting to: CEO What we’re looking for you to do: Develop the strategy for across two brands Manage budgets and track ROI for all campaigns Implement multi-channel plans with a key emphasis on leveraging content marketing into marketing and sales outreach Manage supplier relationships to ensure they deliver maximum value and ROI Regular reporting on marketing activity and success Attend meetings with sales teams to understand client challenges Create a pro-active marketing strategy and deliver ad hoc reactive marketing support to support new business activity What’s going to help you be successful in this role: Commercially driven – You are a commercially aware marketer, take a data-driven approach to everything you do, and are comfortable measuring the results of your campaigns A starter finisher – You will be excellent at seeing projects through to completion and measurement Thrive in a sales environment – You’ll be comfortable working with sales teams and getting salespeople bought into marketing ideas and campaigns Willing to challenge the status quo – you’ll have to hold salespeople accountable, push back and challenge the leadership team when required How we’ll support your development: You’ll have ongoing support from across the business and the leadership team and there is the opportunity to invest in specific skills and courses to accelerate your growth and skills in key areas You’ll be mentored by a Fractional CMO to support your development, career progression, and success in the role This is a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Manager to lead and innovate within a growing company.
