Team Leader We are looking to recruit a Team Leader to support one of our residential services in Rock Ferry. This service provides support to 5 individuals with autism. Our people enjoy being part of the community and getting involved in swimming going to local cafes and going on local walks. The staff team work together to provide a home setting encouraging our people with meals preparation and looking after their home. The team are approachable and supporting of each other, giving a warm friendly welcoming feel at the house. The postholder will assist the Operational Service Manager to provide sound leadership and day to day running of the staff team to deliver a person centric service and deliver innovative strategies to meet the needs of our People. The role involves first Line Leadership to our care heroes to achieve lifelong careers with the Charity.
