Key responsibilities
1. Food Production on site - adhering to all company food and health & safety policies and procedures whilst driving innovative menus suitable for customers onsite
2. Customer Service - lad team to deliver excellent customer service to colleagues and client, seeking feedback for continual development
3. Finance - Plan and deliver the catering offer on site in adherance to budget, manage on site supplier relationships and follow all company financial and compliance policy and procedure
4. Manage & Develop team - Offer leadership and structure for on site catering team to deliver consistent, high quality service
