This role is within the Property Insurance Team administering insurance related services for both externally sourced policies and cover arranged through our block policy. In this role you will liaise with other internal property teams, customers, tenants and other third parties such as insurers, brokers, freehold owners and joint property owners. A bit about you Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to plan your own workload to meet business requirements and service level agreements. Strong understanding and experience in commercial property administration, insurance and customer service. Understanding of commercial property Calm under pressure in order to manage customer expectations and deadlines. Good understanding of SIPPs, surrounding legislation and regulatory requirements. Knows what excellent customer service looks like A strong sense of ownership and keen willingness to learn Excellent verbal and written communication skills Can identify risks that may result in poor customer or adviser outcomes Problem solving – supporting efficient routes of recovery in service decline Accountability and Deliverables Supporting the delivery of core processes in line with customer requirements within the Property Insurance Team. Providing support to junior administrators and assisting senior colleagues. Successfully meeting objectives, deadlines and targets. Complete project work. Take escalations and provide coaching to junior members of the team. Oversee and collate SLAs and team deliverables on daily and monthly basis. Understand and adhere to all relevant controls such as internal risks, data protection, money laundering and ensure compliance. Identify and recommend improvements to current working practices within the Property Insurance Team. To consistently promote the company’s policy on treating customers fairly.
