Description
Agility are currently recruiting for an Assistant Management Accountant for one of our clients based in Warrington. The role itself will be working with other members of the finance team. This role has come around due to company growth, and there is no sign of it slowing down anytime soon, allowing plenty of opportunity for personal growth and development.
Responsibilities
1. Assist with preparation of Management accounts - the detailed processes involved will be as explained by management to you as our standard procedures.
2. Prepare, monitor and control analyses for prepayments and accruals.
3. Reconcile specified Nominal Ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
4. Supervise the bank reconciliation to statements on a daily basis and process petty cash payments, ensuring adequate records are maintained.
5. Prepare NL expense account analyses.
6. Maintain and process the company payroll, including HMRC payments and related administration functions.
7. Distribute vehicle debtor and cash account analyses, with responsibility for reviewing and clearing queries with respect to cash allocation.
8. Prepare VAT reconciliations and submission.
