Hours: 9am to 5pm Mon to Thurs 8am- 4pm Fri (30 mins break)
Overview:
A superb opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a small, busy Customer Service team based in Middleton. We are looking for a strong communicator, with a natural positive drive and a good all-rounder to join a small friendly team.
Your role will involve:
1. Managing the customers’ orders end to end, including approving orders and product, overseeing shipping activities, handling invoicing.
2. Dealing with customers via email, chat and calls.
3. Liaising effectively and efficiently with other departments to seamlessly manage the workflow, ensuring efficient communication and coordination.
4. Using various customer portals to ensure customer SLAs are met.
5. Processing data within internal systems.
6. Achieving targets set.
7. Processing of sensitive data and using financial portals such as PayPal/Klarna/Stripe/Sage pay.
Desired attributes, Key skills & experience:
1. Proven previous experience in a B2B, customer service or administration role essential.
2. Strong IT skills in MS Office apps (Word, Excel, Outlook).
3. Excellent communication both written and verbally.
4. Excellent organisation skills, you’ll be organised in your approach which will enable you to manage and prioritise your workload under pressure.
5. Must be able to multitask.
6. Previous experience in an eCommerce role or textile knowledge would be beneficial, but not essential.
7. Problem solving with a positive attitude.
8. Understanding of GDPR, although training will be provided.
