This position would drive and deliver permanent appointments, managing the lifecycle of assignments and ensuring our high standards of customer service. Developing key relationships with clients and candidates will be key to this delivery, with communication and quality being at the heart of the role. We don’t do business development cold calls, and we don’t have KPIs. Instead, the position will focus on this kind of excellent assignment delivery.
Key areas:
* Client Relationship: You will maintain close client relationships to convert roles, whilst ensuring a timely turnaround and dealing with any compliance or policy requirements.
* Diverse Client Portfolio: You will work with the full team across the business in each of our specialist sectors, to maximise business opportunities and to develop your exposure to our range of clients.
* End-to-end Recruitment Process: Working autonomously, you will manage the full end-to-end recruitment process for permanent and interim roles.
* Service Development: Suggesting how the service can improve and develop is a big part of this role. We know we deliver great service, but we also know we can always get better!
* Customer Satisfaction: We are known for our customer care and high level of customer service across the board at all levels. This level of customer care is essential and expected in every area of the role.
* Values Alignment: Aspen is a values-driven firm working with values-driven organisations. We share a value base across the business and it’s very important that you share these too!
As a small business, we enjoy a collaborative environment with our team working closely together to deliver an outstanding level of service to clients and candidates. We are therefore looking for a team player who really wants to be involved in the continued growth of the business. The post holder will be a vital member of the team to contribute to the continued success and growth of Aspen.
We offer a competitive salary, great holiday entitlement, flexible working, and a range of benefits. Supportive of volunteering days, we encourage our team to get involved with causes or organisations that are important to them. In addition, we want to empower our staff for their own improvement, supporting further studies and development opportunities where suitable.
