Key Responsibilities Handling incoming calls and emails, directing enquiries to the right team members. Managing office documentation, including filing, data entry, and updating records. Assisting with scheduling, arranging meetings, and coordinating diaries. Processing orders, invoices, and supplier paperwork. Supporting site teams with admin tasks such as job sheets and documentation. Liaising with customers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth operations. Monitoring stock levels for office and site supplies, ordering when necessary. Preparing reports and basic spreadsheets when required. Ensuring the office remains well-organised and efficient. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in an administrative role (ideally within construction, engineering, or a similar industry). Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
