We’re looking for ambitious Graduates to join the 2025 Flutter UK & Ireland Graduate Programme.
Over this two-year programme, you'll jump into exciting Commercial projects across the UKI region, working with different teams in different locations to help drive big ideas forward.

What you’ll do
As part of our Commercial Teams, you'll rotate through a selection of key business areas, which could include Data, Trading, Marketing, Customer Operations and beyond - working on strategic projects that directly impact our business goals.
The exciting project responsibilities you could take on:
* Analysing customer research and utilising data to identify opportunities - assisting in developing innovative products and business solutions.
* Supporting trading teams by understanding market dynamics and optimising our business profit strategies.
* Collaborating on marketing campaigns, working with sports teams and brand ambassadors or contributing to the design of new digital gaming products.
* Enhancing customer experiences by improving support processes and ensuring customer protection and safety is championed.
This programme offers hands-on experience across diverse teams, where collaboration and strategic thinking are key to driving our shared success.

The process
If your application is successful, you’ll go through three rounds of testing.
Round 1: You'll be asked to complete a short online video interview assessment relevant to the position you have applied for.
Round 2: You'll be asked to complete a second online assessment with SHL who specialise in general ability and personality testing.
Final Round: You’ll be invited to attend an in-person assessment centre taking place in April 2025.

We are offering a 2-year fixed term contract, and you must have the right to work in the UK and Ireland for the duration of the programme.
