Taverham Partnership are recruiting for a full-time nurse manager who will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe and effective nursing care to our patients. The role will involve the management of all of the clinical aspects within the nursing team and working closely with the partners and practice management team to deliver practice priorities. Working in accordance with the Nursing Midwifery Council, the post-holder will lead and develop the treatment room team in the provision of assessment, treatments, screening, health education services and advice to patients, including patients with long-term conditions. They will ensure development and delivery in accordance with local and national guidelines and protocols. The management responsibilities of the role will include involvement in HR work, such as appraisal meetings, arranging the team's leave and rotas.
