Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 DOE + commission
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm)
Contract: Permanent
Scope of Role:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through emails, cold calling, and networking.
2. Manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
3. Collaborate effectively with the team to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop strong, professional relationships with clients through various communication channels.
2. Provide excellent service from start to finish, addressing client needs and offering tailored solutions.
3. Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets and growth areas.
4. Conduct regular client review meetings to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
5. Analyse performance and monitor KPIs to improve service delivery.
6. Manage client issues and ensure resolutions are provided promptly.
7. Arrange client meetings, including travel, and attend relevant industry events.
8. Maintain CRM and case management systems, keeping client information up-to-date.
9. Ensure client retention by promoting additional services and maintaining strong relationships.
Required Experience:
1. Previous experience in sales and customer service, ideally with account management.
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
5. Experience in the debt recovery industry is a plus.
6. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
