Your responsibilities will include:
* Service repair and maintenance of heavy plant/construction equipment
* Identify mechanical issues with the use of your technical knowledge and computerised systems within a workshop environment
* Ensuring software updates are installed
* Accurate completion of paperwork
* Ordering and returning parts
Experience required:
* Hold an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plant Maintenance, Land Based Engineering or HGV maintenance
* Have extensive mechanical experience
* Have a comprehensive understand hydraulics and electronics
* Can work to a high standard of competence, independently
* Practical repair and maintenance experience on heavy construction plant
* Proven technical competence on diesel engines, transmissions, drive lines, hydraulics, and electronics
* Ideally welding, fabrication and line boring experience
* Hold a full UK Driving Licence
