Description
1. Reporting into the HR Manager
2. Provide comprehensive HR support to the Professional Services team working with stakeholders across the business.
3. ER - first level advice working with managers to identify trends, support with performance reviews and outcomes.
4. Advise on HR policies and procedures as well as process map, review and streamline processes.
5. Support with new HRIS implementation
6. Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
7. Manage recruitment processes, ensuring all roles are filled with the right candidates.
8. Coordinate training and development activities.
9. Support performance management processes.
10. Handle employee relations issues.
11. Ensure compliance with employment law and regulations.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
1. CIPD qualified with Level 3/5 or 7
2. Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
5. A keen attention to detail.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
7. A proactive approach to problem-solving.
8. Sound judgement and decision-making abilities.
Job Offer
1. A competitive salary in the range of £32,000 - £37,000 per year.
2. 4 days per week office based 1 day WFH
3. Based in the Leeds office however regular travel to Bradford site both located in City Centre with rail links
