Your Impact
Reporting to the Digital Services Director, the Salesforce Administrator will oversee and sustain the Salesforce platform along with its sub and ancillary systems, ensuring optimal performance, adherence to security standards, and full support for MHR's user base.
Key Responsibilities
* Customise Salesforce to meet organizational needs, including custom objects, fields, and workflows.
* Provide support and training to Salesforce users, addressing issues and questions they may have.
* Develop and implement data management strategies, including data cleansing and deduplication.
* Create and manage reports and dashboards to provide insights into key business metrics.
* Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain necessary controls for data recovery and business continuity if the platform were to be lost.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay updated with Salesforce features, implement process-enhancing solutions, and provide mentoring to team members.
Qualifications
* Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201); additional certifications (CPQ Specialist, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
* Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and Service Cloud configuration and customization.
* Agile methodologies and project management principles desirable.
* Requirement gathering, process analysis, and translating business needs into scalable solutions.
