About the Role
Barchester Healthcare seeks a compassionate and skilled individual to fill the position of Senior Night Care Assistant. This role offers an opportunity to supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants, working alongside the Deputy General Manager to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Key responsibilities will include supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews.

You will work closely with the clinical team to provide comprehensive care, including medication management, assessments, and care planning. As a Senior Night Care Assistant, you will also contribute to creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of clinical care for the elderly and have relevant qualifications, such as an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
